PMS Players: PLEASE READ

All PMS players must adhere, and remind each other, to:

1. Lock the PMS bathroom after every use 

2. Put away nets each Sunday evening at closing time, or when a holiday/summer schedule ends. The last player(s) at the courts near closing are the closers

3. Lock all the gates up at the end of the day

The key box is the small combination lockbox hanging on the right of the Knack box.  The net box is the large vault size Knack box for net storage. Put the keys in the combo box, snap it shut and spin the dials. Make sure all the sports courts are locked and if the locks were not left open then after closing the Knack box the 3 sports court locks will have to be opened so they can be closed.  And then put the keys in the combo box, snap shut, spin the dial and know that we can play the next day.

If you're a regular at PMS, you will have to educate new players so they understand hard closing times, how the box is locked every time, how the keys are locked away without jamming the key lockbox, how the nets are put away, the rules to follow, open play and our culture. If you’re leaving early and see folks you don’t know, tell them how to close properly. Don’t assume someone else is going to speak to new folks. 

PMS Bathroom (by Room 124):

The bathroom must be locked every time.  Please see attached images.    

- The key is only to be stored on the Knack box shelf in the left corner.   This is marked off and nothing else is to be put there. 

-  Lock the bathroom every time. Put the key in, slightly push the door in so the key will execute a full turn clockwise until the “occupied” indication shows.  Its not rocket science. 

-  Put the key back in the left corner every time every time. 

-  You are required to remind others of the procedures.  If you see the key out, ask who did it and remind them where the key goes. If you see new folks explain the procedures to them.

- We are only to use the restrooms to urinate. We are not to relieve ourselves outside against a wall, building, tree, etc.
