Play Like a Girl+ 2025

Piedmont Recreation Department hosted another successful Play Like a Girl+ event this past Sunday at Witter Field! Pickleball was one of ~25 sports stations included in this event; more than 1,000 young participants from all over the Bay Area registered!  It was awesome to see so many smiling faces of all ages full of energy who were eager to pick up a paddle/give pickleball a try!! 

We had a rockstar group of 20+ Piedmont Pickleballers, as well as a small group of picklers from Alameda, who played with kids of all ages from 10am-2pm. THANK YOU for spending part of your Sunday with us! 

Let's do it again next year; it's a great way to give back to the community!!
